The Roundtable

The roundtable, a part of the Alef Trust Creative Bridges Conference at Oxford University, on Friday, 6th September 2024, was initiated and chaired by the technoetic artist and theorist Dr Lila Moore, a lecturer for the Alef Trust. It featured the unique and diverse perspectives of Alef Trust's participants, each bringing their own rich experiences and insights to the table. Mary-Rita McGuire, MSc, founder of MYSTERYM, Rainbow Goddess, MSc, PhD candidate, and Alef Trust's open learner, acclaimed theatre director and filmmaker, Inna Dulerayn, all contributed to a dynamic and thought-provoking discussion.

As a result of the open format, the discussion centred on the transpersonal from a feminine creative perspective, allowing the often invisible and unspoken subject matters to transpire and be voiced. We have discovered a shared feminine foundation for our different vocations, professions and visions. A foundation that we want to unravel further and develop through more lengthy and deeper conversations. As women of different generations, we have felt the gap that needs to be bridged via the feminine, while the historical settings of Oxford University functioned as a perfect setting for this creative call for reflection and action.

Therefore, we are committed to continuing these conversations with more roundtable discussions that bridge the arts, the transpersonal, the feminine, and beyond. We are deeply grateful for the Alef Trust, Eurotas, and the global community of visionary seekers and trailblazers, and we look forward to these inspiring dialogues. Our commitment to these discussions is unwavering, and we are excited about the future of our shared exploration.
